Product Description

A grid of neatly framed squares sits on a warm beige ground, each compartment hand-filled with small floral and foliate motifs in rich red and deep blue, plus subtle accent tones. A deep red outer border with scrolling vines and palmettes anchors the design and brings a classic, structured rhythm to the composition. Hand-knotted Kork and wool gives the surface a dense, low-to-medium pile with a pleasant, tactile weight and a subtle natural luster that highlights the fine knotwork and crisp motif edges.

This rug fits naturally into traditional and transitional interiors—place it under a living room seating group to ground neutral sofas and leather chairs, or beneath a wood dining table to add layered pattern without overwhelming the space. It also works well in a study or entry where its grid pattern adds order and the red and blue accents pick up existing wood tones and metal finishes. Pair with warm woods, navy or denim textiles, and brass or antique metal accents for a cohesive, lived-in look.
