Product Description

Hand-knotted of wool, this runner presents a classic Persian-inspired medallion design set against a rich blue field. Two elongated crimson medallions anchor the length, surrounded by tightly detailed floral sprays and vine work in ivory, gold, soft rose and leafy green. A narrow ivory and red guard border frames the piece, adding contrast and a finished edge. The pile has a tactile density typical of hand-knotting—soft underfoot with a reassuring weight that holds pattern definition and color depth.

Place this runner in a long entry hall or narrow corridor to create a refined, continuous visual path; it also works well alongside dark hardwood stairs or in a galley kitchen where patterned detail enlivens a long sightline. It pairs naturally with classic or transitional furnishings—think warm wood tones, leather seating, brass accents and neutral upholstery—while also providing a grounded contrast to lighter, more minimal interiors that need a focal textile.
