Product Description

A classic medallion and border layout in a traditional tribal vocabulary gives this rug a grounded, timeless presence. The cream field sets a warm, neutral backdrop for three stepped geometric medallions and complementary corner spandrels worked in navy blue, red, and sky blue, with olive green and brown accents woven throughout the borders. Hand-knotted of 100% hand-spun wool, the surface has a pleasantly tactile, slightly nubby feel and a low-to-medium pile that registers as firm underfoot while remaining soft to touch.

This piece fits easily into a range of interiors: place it in an entry or small foyer to add pattern and color, tuck it under a reading chair or beside a bed for a layered, lived-in look, or use it to define a compact seating area. It pairs well with warm wood tones, leather, and painted furniture in navy or cream and complements both traditional and eclectic schemes where handcrafted texture and geometric detail are desired.
