Product Description

A hand made cowhide and leather patchwork rug woven into a tight chevron pattern that reads as a modern take on classic herringbone. The multi background brings together bands of beige, ivory, tan, light brown, brown, gray and black in an irregular, natural mix—each patch showing subtle variations in tone and hair direction. Running stitches between the pieces create a low-relief texture you can feel underfoot: soft, hair-on-hide panels contrasted with smooth leather seams for a textured, tactile surface that catches light and depth without adding bulk.

This rug adds grounded warmth to contemporary, rustic, or transitional interiors. Place it beneath a coffee table to anchor a seating group, layer it over wide-plank wood floors in a living room, or sit it in front of a leather sofa or upholstered bed to introduce organic pattern and contrast. It pairs well with warm wood tones, mixed-metal accents, and neutral upholstery, and can bring visual interest to an entry, study, or den where a blend of natural material and structured geometry is desired.
