Product Description

Hand-knotted in 100% wool, this rug has an olive background punctuated by a tight all-over pattern of small floral-like motifs in black, light blue, terracotta and yellow. A stepped decorative border frames the field in beige and brown with accents of light blue and terracotta, while soft fringes finish the short ends. The hand-knotted construction gives the surface a dense, tactile pile that feels warm and slightly springy underfoot, with subtle variation in the weave that adds visual depth.

This piece works well in a compact living area, entryway, or beside a bed, where the olive field can ground warm wood tones and leather. Pair it with mid-century or transitional furnishings—think walnut furniture, matte black metal accents and textiles in terracotta or light blue—to bring out the rug’s color accents. It also complements layered, eclectic rooms that mix woven textures and warm neutrals, providing a calm, patterned anchor without overpowering the space.
