The Returns Process
Please make sure to follow the instructions for returning your rug. If your rug is not properly packaged, it can be damaged during the return process and you may be subject to damage fees which will be deducted from the return.
Fold Large Rugs
Rugs that are more than 8 feet wide must be folded. FedEx requires that package dimensions be within a certain range. Rugs that are 7x10 and smaller can be rolled.Use the right packaging
You can use thick heavy plastic, tarp, or a strong shipping box.Use Shipping Tape
Make sure that your package is secured properly with shipping tape.Print & Secure Label on outside of package
