I put the Non-Slip Rug under the new carpet. After a week of walking on it I notice that the rug does not move because the Non-Slip Rug beneath holds it place. I just took off a star because it was a little big and I had to get down on my hands and knees to cut it to the right size. However it performs its purpose.

It works as it should although the cut was a little uneven. I do recommend that you order slightly larger than what you need and cut excess yourself. Fast delivery. Would purchase again. Thanks.
