My new rug

I really like my new rug and it matches my foyer rug. However, it is now two weeks old and I cannot get rid of the ripples. I have followed the directions but still no luck. I will continue to be patient and see if time will eventually work,

Beware

This rug came folded not rolled 10’ 10 square. The creases were significant and the rug didn’t lay flat at all even after 24 hours. I had to drag it outside and lay it on the driveway to try and heat it up in the sun. After 5 hours brought it back inside. It was better but still doesn’t lay flat. We’ll see. The rug itself is nice for the price. One small dirty spot. I put it under the couch. If it doesn’t flatten out it’ll go back. I tried to add photos but couldn’t.

I must say , came across this site on fb and all the reviews were sooo good that I thought it was fake , I was nervous but they have free returns ( but what a pain to return a rug ) I took a shot and I’m so happy . It unrolled so nicely , unlike some others I have bought from other sites that take weeks for the corners to lay flat . The rug was exactly as the picture! I highly recommend ! Not a great pic of the rug itself , but had this pic On my phone and you get the idea

Very happy with our purchase! Looks great in our new space! Color looks as described on the website. Though the rug came folded, it flatted out once laying flat. Great purchase!

This rug looks great and feels even better!! Would have been better if it shipped rolled and not folded. Big wrinkles will take a long time to come out.

The jokes on me :)

I love my rugs as I knew I would since I have ordered from Rugs.com before and commend them on their excellent service. (I usual have to order a couple of smaller rugs to be sure of the color and quality before my 5 rug purchase and Rugs.com makes the returns easy.) The joke was when UPS delivered the biggest rug (10x13) and the premium pad. 2 big heavy bundles. I was disappointed that I didn’t receive all the rugs at once and decided to wait until the other 4 rugs arrived before moving all the furniture etc. After a few hours I couldn’t make myself wait anymore and opened the big rug. Beautiful and soft—colors were just right. We decided to go ahead and spread the rug out and broke out the new pad to get started. To my glee and surprise, the rest of the rugs were wrapped up inside the pad! I had to laugh thinking I might have waited needlessly if I hadn’t been so anxious. We are loving all our new rugs :)
