The Cafe Rug is well made, feels great and looks awesome. Can't forget the rug pad as it made the rug even more cushy. The rug took my TV room to another level. It contains every color that is found in my room! Believe it or not I have an old painting that is reminiscent of the rug!

It’s a beautiful rug and the colors are beautiful a little muted from the photo online but in the best way possible. If you like it buy it you will not be disappointed.

Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · BrownOrdered a very nice rug the cost was very reasonable but the rug that was delivered was not what I ordered called customer service explained the situation to them and I was told to send them pictures of the rug and they would follow up. I called them back the next day and was told in order to get the correct rug I would have to send back the rug I didn't order at my expense they sent me a video showing me what to do. I had to purchase a tarp and packing tape at a cost of $15 wrap it up and then take it to UPS. Eventually I received the correct rug when you factor in the additional $15 makes the purchase price not quite as good as it originally seemed.

Except that it has a deep crease in it that doesn't seem to be falling out easily. Do you have any advice for making the crease relax? We turned it wrong side up hoping the weight would encourage it to fall out. So far, no luck.
I love the colors and designs. Soft and well made. Didn't like the way it was shipped. Tightly folded up which created massive wrinkle. Still was worth the purchase.
Reviewing a different size or color: 10x14 · MultiThe rug itself is very nice and a good value. However, it arrived folded and the creases did not relax even after a week. We had to reverse roll for a day, then spent hours working on the creases with a damp towel and iron on the reverse side. We have never had this issue in the past as rugs we bought were rolled, not folded. The pad was a bit too large and we had to trim it. So expect some time and effort when you get this rug (still a nice rug).
