I have purchased form them in the past and always been happy, but this time it was an awful experience and it way too difficult to do the return.

The color is hideous, looks like someone blew dust on the entire thing. I now have to return this rug, find a box big enough for it, and send it back 🙄. I will NEVER buy from Rugs.com again purely because of this purchase. Hideous gross, they should be ashamed that they sent it out.
I ordered a 4x4 round rug for my powder room. Please understand THAT IS THE SIZE i have used and needed there for the past 20 years. The rug i received is larger than 4x4 and is actually too large. The rug is a nice quality but is too large. I had unpacked the rug and recycled all of the tremendous packing before if I put it in my powder room!!!! Not happy.

The quality is good & a value for the price. I love the colors, neutral tones just look I was looking for but still makes a splash w the print.

The quality is good-very soft and feels great under foot. I’m disappointed in the pattern. It’s very bland looking.
