It’s been two days and almost all of the wrinkles from being folded have smoothed out. The pad was larger than the rug so we had to trim one edge off. The rug was much lighter than the picture shows. We thought it would be more tan, but it is actually a brighter beige. The colors are vibrant and true to the displayed pictures online. It appears to be a very nice rug that should last many years.

That 4" difference in width really makes a difference in my small living room. I ended up moving this rug to my front porch instead.

But now, I am very disappointed because it was truly stunning. This is especially disappointing because on its label the rug is described as "Outdoor Collection", "Colorfast" and "Water Repellent" Had I known the materials used to make the rug were not as described, I would have definitely taken steps to prevent the fading.
