Product Description

This hand knotted, 100% wool rug presents an allover lattice of small geometric medallions set against a black background. Each motif is rendered in a lively palette — blue, navy, burgundy, orange, yellow, beige and natural — producing a finely detailed, almost pixelated field of color. The pile is dense and soft to the touch, with a tactile, slightly nubby surface and low fringe at the ends that underline its handcrafted construction.

The compact scale and bold colorway make this piece a strong choice for high-visibility spots: place it in an entryway to anchor a lively welcome, layer it under a small seating area to introduce pattern without overwhelming, or tuck it at the foot of a bed for a pop of color and texture. It pairs well with warm woods and leather for a grounded, collected look, or with simple, modern furnishings when you want color and pattern to carry the room.
