Carpet ships from the US
The carpet arrived ahead of schedule. However due to the large size 11x13' the product was folded like a piece of paper in 4's. There were large creases in it that would not settle so i ended up returning it. I'm in Canada and everything from the website appeared Canadian only to find out the product shipped from South Carolina . It was painful returning the product considering International shipping and customs clearance. I also had to pay the return on my own which was expensive considering the carpet and underpad were 59 poundsThe company was great to work with and gladly accepted the return and promptly applied the credit to my credit card. It's for this reason I gave them a good ratingIf you are in the US should be no problem. The carpets are really good value.I'm mad that I ordered on-line I should have called to ask the right questions
