8' x 11' Sisal Rug

great purchase

I bought this rug 2 weeks ago and it looks great - exactly as displayed on the website. It came very quickly (much faster than announced) and it was very well protected (3 layers of various wrappings). The quality is great and I have no complaints or concerns whatsoever. I felt a little uneasy about buying a rug online (first time ever!) but not anymore! I would buy this rug again and from this company without hesitation.

Exactly what we needed!

We got a reclaimed wood dining room table that clashed at first with our red oak floor. Once we got this rug it changed everything! It looks very solid well made and looks beautiful. The price is great too!

First impressions are good.

First impressions are good. I only got the rug a week ago. It looks as shown on the website. It does not quite sit flat so there are a couple of small ridges but I am hoping these will settle down. A couple of loose strands but overall it looks good.

Simpy effective!

Excellent service prompt delivery but slight flaw in binding of rug. The canvas strip is torn. Not too big a deal though.

Fantastic Rug in extra fast time

I ordered this Rug on a Sunday evening and by Wednesday it had arrived all the way from the USA. Very well wrapped and protected. The Sisal rug is of fantastic quality and i will be ordering a second rug in the next couple of weeks

Super rug

I am over joyed with this rug. I have bought of them (different sizes) and they are of the best quality. The colour is exactly as the picture shows and even better in reality. If I had to describe the colour to someone I would say it's almost like a 'honey brown'.......very cosy colour. The rug is well made and it was brilliantly packed for it's journey to the UK. It took only 8 days to reach me. Communication with customer service was perfect as they patiently changed my order for me. Many thanks for your brilliant service.
