Can not Deliver
I ordered custom runners on March 282025. The website indicted it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery and I would receive updates on the manufacturing of the runners. I called to inquire about the progress at four weeks and then at the eight week June 262025 on the delivery of the runners. Then the customer service associate indicated it takes 16-18 weeks for a custom rug contrary to the website. Never have I revived any updates as stated in on the website. Take caution when ordering custom rugs and runners from this company. Very unhappy I searched for runners for months that complemented the room the runners were to be used in. Then while I was on the phone waiting to see if the runners could be cancelled after waiting for over 15 minutes I was hung up on. Great customer service! Never again!
