Product Description

Hand-knotted of 100% wool, this rug presents a muted gray-blue field woven with subtle flecks of brown, ivory and beige that create a gently striated surface. A broad diamond lattice in deep brown crosses the face of the rug with slightly irregular, hand-drawn lines that add an artisanal character. The pile is dense with a nubby, tactile feel that’s warm underfoot, finished with short fringe and a narrow gray-blue edge for a clean, grounded look.

The subdued palette and low-contrast geometric pattern work well in modern, transitional, or relaxed contemporary settings. Use it to anchor a living area beneath a low-profile sofa and coffee table, layer it at the foot of the bed to introduce color without overwhelming linens, or place it under a desk to bring warmth to a home office. It pairs naturally with warm woods, leather seating, linen upholstery and matte metal accents; ivory or beige textiles will pick up the lighter highlights in the weave while leather and oak emphasize the brown tones.
