Product Description

A hand made 100% wool runner with a deep green background, this piece layers medallion motifs in a repeating vertical layout that reads both geometric and organic. Concentric round and octagonal medallions alternate along the field, each filled with tightly packed motifs and tiny floral elements in yellow, blue, brown and purple. The colorwork is rich but balanced—golden-yellow lattices and blue-pink borders frame saturated green centers, while touches of brown and purple give the design depth and contrast. Underfoot the wool pile feels soft and tactile with a gently matte finish that highlights the hand-made texture and subtle variations in tone.

This runner works well in a variety of interiors: place it down a hallway or entry to guide the eye and add color, or use it alongside a bed or between a kitchen island and counters to introduce pattern in a long, narrow space. It pairs particularly well with warm wood furniture, leather seating and brass or aged-metal accents for a vintage-inspired or traditional look, and it also complements eclectic or global styles that mix pattern and color.
