Product Description

Hand-knotted in wool and silk, this runner shows a layered composition of stacked rectangular blocks and narrow horizontal striations. The background reads multi-tonal, leaning toward beige and ivory, while thin bands of black, blue, brown and orange thread introduce restrained pops of color. The wool pile delivers a warm, textured surface underfoot, and the silk accents provide subtle sheen that highlights the hand-crafted variation in the weave.

The rug’s geometric yet relaxed pattern works well in contemporary, transitional, or mid-century interiors. Use it to define a long hallway or entry, run alongside a bed to anchor a bedroom layout, or add interest to a kitchen galley. Pair with natural wood furnishings and neutral upholstery to let the colored threads function as accents, or coordinate with navy or charcoal pieces to echo the darker bands for a pulled-together look.
