Product Description

Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this piece arranges a lively series of narrow horizontal bands in a geometric, stripe-driven composition. The multi background hosts a variety of motifs — herringbone chevrons, checkerboard rows, zigzags, linked octagons and small mosaic-like blocks — rendered in black, blue, brown, cream, gold, green, navy, olive, red and burgundy. The hand-spun wool creates a subtly uneven, tactile surface with a low-to-medium pile that feels soft underfoot while revealing the handcrafted knotting and texture.

The rug’s layered pattern and rich color mix work well as an anchor in casual or transitional interiors. Place it in an entryway or hallway to introduce pattern without overwhelming the room, layer it in a living space beneath a pair of armchairs or a small coffee table to add warmth, or position it at the foot of a bed for a touch of color and texture. It pairs especially well with warm wood tones, leather seating, and eclectic textiles, and can bring a collected, lived-in look to mid-century, bohemian, or Southwestern-inspired schemes.
