Product Description

Hand-knotted from 100% hand-spun wool, this warm, multi-background rug layers narrow horizontal bands of geometric motifs—diamonds, chevrons, zigzags and small checkerboard and medallion stripes—across a field of beige, cream, tan, light blue, light green, blue, brown and burgundy. The pattern marries a modern sensibility with folk and tribal influences, giving the piece a lively, collected look without overwhelming a room. Color variations from the hand-spun wool create subtle depth across the stripes, letting individual hues pop while still feeling cohesive.

Underfoot the wool has a soft, textured hand with slight variations in pile and tone that invite touch. Use it to anchor a cozy seating area, brighten an entryway or add layered interest in a reading nook. It pairs especially well with neutral upholstery and wooden furniture, as well as with mid-century and bohemian interiors where mixed pattern and color can play off existing textiles and artwork.
