Reviewing a different size or color: 8 Ft Runner · BrownOrdered a very nice rug the cost was very reasonable but the rug that was delivered was not what I ordered called customer service explained the situation to them and I was told to send them pictures of the rug and they would follow up. I called them back the next day and was told in order to get the correct rug I would have to send back the rug I didn't order at my expense they sent me a video showing me what to do. I had to purchase a tarp and packing tape at a cost of $15 wrap it up and then take it to UPS. Eventually I received the correct rug when you factor in the additional $15 makes the purchase price not quite as good as it originally seemed.

I did secure the corners with double sided tape just to make sure they would lay down properly. I’ve made several rug purchases from your company and never disappointed.
