Product Description

Hand-woven of 100% wool, this patchwork rug combines rectangular panels of traditional kilim motifs, narrow stripes and solid plains in a lively, multi-hued field. The background is multi, with individual patches rendered in beige, brown, black, blue, olive, orange, light blue, light brown, light green, light salmon, red, rust red, gold, gray, green and yellow. The flatwoven surface has a low, firm hand—you can feel the textured weave underfoot and see subtle variations in dye and yarn that give each panel distinct character.

The rug works equally well as a focal layer in an eclectic living room or as a colorful anchor for a neutral seating group. Use it in an entry or hallway to introduce pattern and warmth, or place it under a compact dining table to balance mixed woods and metal. It also pairs nicely with mid?century silhouettes, leather furnishings, warm wood tones and simple, light walls when you want to let the rug’s varied colors and motifs take center stage.
