Product Description

This hand?woven, 100% wool rug assembles a grid of vintage-style kilim panels into a thoughtful patchwork of pattern and color. Geometric motifs—diamonds, chevrons and repeated triangular forms—sit next to narrow stripes and small floral embroidery, all set on a multi-hued background. The palette balances warm beiges, muted grays and olive tones with cooler blues and touches of red, violet and black; the result is layered without feeling busy. A raised, hand-stitched blue yarn crosses the surface in a loose diamond lattice, adding a tactile contrast to the flatweave panels and giving the rug an immediate sense of depth underfoot.

The rug works well as a focal layer in a relaxed living room or under a dining table to introduce pattern without overwhelming the space. It complements natural woods, leather and woven textures in bohemian or global-inspired interiors, and pairs easily with neutral upholstery when you want pattern without bright saturation. For a more contemporary mix, use it with mid-century silhouettes and matte metal accents to bring warmth and a handcrafted feel to the room.
