Product Description

A grid of small, richly detailed panels gives this hand-knotted wool rug a refined, traditional presence. Each square holds its own floral or paisley motif, surrounded by narrow guard borders and a cream-toned outer border of scrolling vines and palmettes. The overall background is multicolor, with layered tones of burgundy, rust, soft blue, muted green, cream and deep navy working together to create depth and visual interest across the field.

Hand-knotted from 100% wool, the rug has a tactile, slightly dense pile that feels warm and supportive underfoot while retaining clear pattern definition. It works well as an anchor for a formal living room or dining area, under a coffee table in a study, or layered beneath a seating group in a transitional space. Pair it with warm wood furniture and neutral upholstery for a classic look, or introduce mixed textures and brass accents for a relaxed, global-inspired interior.
