Product Description

Hand-knotted from 100% wool, this rug presents a clean, modern border design where a purple background frames a puce central field. Narrow, closely spaced horizontal ribs run across both the border and center, giving the surface a subtle linear texture and a gentle, tactile variation as you run your hand across it. The dense wool pile has a low-rise, ribbed finish that feels soft underfoot, and short fringes finish the narrow ends for a tailored look.

This rug fits well in contemporary and transitional interiors — use it to anchor a living room seating group, beneath a bedroom sitting area, or under a small dining table. Pair it with warm wood furniture and brass or matte black accents for contrast, or soften the palette with neutral linens and pale grays to let the purple and puce tones take center stage. It also complements velvet upholstery and mid-century silhouettes for a layered, considered space.
