Product Description

Hand-knotted from wool and fully handmade, this rectangular rug settles on a soft purple field that sets a calm, tactile foundation. The design pairs an open, traditional layout of stylized palmettes, medallions and abstract floral motifs with a broad teal border dotted with geometric cartouches. Accent tones of gold, rust, cream and slate repeat throughout the field and border, creating balanced contrast and depth. The wool pile has a low-to-medium height and a soft, slightly plush hand with a matte finish that highlights the woven detail underfoot.

Place this rug beneath a living room coffee table to warm neutral sofas and layered textiles, or anchor a bedroom by running it under the bed to introduce color without overwhelming the space. Its rectangular shape and classic motifs also work well under a dining table or in a long entry hall. Pair it with light wood furniture, muted teal or gold textiles, and mixed metals for a transitional look, or use it as a colorful, grounded element in eclectic and bohemian interiors.
