Hand-knotted 100% wool with a classic Persian medallion layout, this Kashan-style rug centers a cream-and-navy medallion on a warm red field filled with repeating floral sprays, scrolling vines, and palmette motifs. The composition is framed by layered guard borders—a deep navy main border accented with ivory, beige, blue and olive detailing—that gives the design a measured, traditional rhythm. Running your hand across the surface reveals a dense, low-to-medium wool pile that feels soft and substantial, with a finely knotted weave that holds the detailed pattern and color transitions crisp.

Dining Room
Choose a rug that extends at least 24 inches beyond each side of the table so chairs can slide in and out comfortably.
Entryway
A 3x5 or 4x6 rug works well for most entryways. Make sure it does not interfere with the door opening.
Living Room
For a seating area, choose a rug large enough so that at least the front legs of all furniture pieces sit on the rug. Common sizes are 8x10 or 9x12.
Kitchen
A runner rug works great in front of the sink or stove. For larger kitchens, a 4x6 or 5x8 can anchor the space.
