Hand-knotted, 100% wool area rug in a traditional Persian medallion layout with a rich red field. An ivory-centered medallion sits at the center, surrounded by scrolling floral vines and arabesques rendered in navy blue, blue, olive and green, with soft peach and beige highlights that pick out the finer details. The wide navy blue border frames the composition with repeating palmettes and leaf motifs in ivory and olive.
