Product Description

A rich red field anchors a traditional geometric layout of medallions, diamond motifs and small star-like accents, all set within a cream guard border patterned with repeating floral and lozenge motifs. Colors include warm red, various blues and navy blue, brown, cream, green and touches of yellow that highlight the central octagonal motif and the smaller corner and filler designs. Hand knotted in 100% hand-spun wool, the rug has a substantial, warm pile with a comfortable hand and subtle yarn variation that gives the surface a tactile depth and gentle visual texture.

Well suited for compact spaces where color and pattern matter, this piece works in an entryway, in front of a sofa or beneath a small seating group, and layered over a larger neutral rug for added interest. It pairs naturally with warm wood furniture, leather seating and brass or aged metal accents, and adapts easily to traditional, transitional and eclectic interiors when you want a grounded, colorful focal point.
