Product Description

A Persian-inspired medallion rug with a deep red background that anchors a dense field of finely detailed floral motifs. The stepped central medallion and inner field use navy and black as contrasting grounds, punctuated by light blue, blue, beige, pink, green and brown accents. A dark, patterned border with slim beige guard stripes frames the composition, and knotted fringe finishes both ends. Hand-knotted from 100% wool, the pile is dense with a low-to-medium height that feels firm yet softly resilient underfoot, giving the pattern crisp definition and a tactile presence.

This rug works well in traditional or transitional spaces—place it under a dining table to warm a wood dining set, anchor a living room with leather or navy upholstery, or set it in an entryway to establish a welcoming focal point. It also layers nicely over a larger neutral ground for a collected look and pairs cleanly with brass accents, warm wood tones, or muted gray walls to balance the rich palette.
