Product Description

Hand-knotted, handmade wool in a deep red field, this rectangular rug presents a restrained, geometric design built around a broad inner rectangle. The center panel is outlined by a slightly lighter red band and interrupted by rows of small, knotted accent dots in amber and rust that create a subtle rhythmic line across the pile. The surface has a low-to-medium dense pile that feels warm and slightly plush underfoot; the hand-knotted construction gives the texture a tactile, handcrafted quality with gentle tonal shifts that add depth to the monochromatic palette.

This rug anchors spaces that benefit from a strong color foundation—place it beneath a sofa and coffee table to ground a living room, use it under a dining table to add warmth to shared meals, or layer it at the foot of a bed for a cozy bedroom vignette. It pairs naturally with warm woods, leather seating, and metal accents, and complements both modern and more traditional or rustic interiors where a bold, simple form and rich red color will unify the room.
