But the colors of both rugs are faded sort of looking like they've been out in the sun for the summer. It's fine just very dull. Don't want to deal with the hassle of returning so I'll keep them but disappointed and will likely not order from rugs.com moving forward.

When I sweep the sweeper is full of a white powder. We have decided to pitch the rug after just a few months. Is this meant to be outdoors?

Hi, I really like this product. It's sturdy and pretty and comfortable to walk on. I spilled an unknown substance on it and it cleaned off perfectly! My cats also enjoy it without wanting to scratch it up. Thank you!
