I have purchased form them in the past and always been happy, but this time it was an awful experience and it way too difficult to do the return.
I was so disappointed in this rug, now I have to freaking return it. The rug came dirty with stains all over it. The color is hideous, looks like someone blew dust on the entire thing. I now have to return this rug, find a box big enough for it, and send it back 🙄. I will NEVER buy from Rugs.com again purely because of this purchase. Hideous gross, they should be ashamed that they sent it out.

The rug i received is larger than 4x4 and is actually too large. The rug is a nice quality but is too large. I had unpacked the rug and recycled all of the tremendous packing before if I put it in my powder room!!!! Not happy.

The quality is good & a value for the price. I love the colors, neutral tones just look I was looking for but still makes a splash w the print.

The quality is good-very soft and feels great under foot. I’m disappointed in the pattern. It’s very bland looking.
