The carpets are exactly what I expected based on the the on-line photos and the see it in your room tools. I'm pleased with the choice. The quality appears to be very good and the items were shipped in a very thick plastic. The items were recently received so I can't comment on wear characteristics.The order process was very easy and included tracking information for all of the purchased items. My call to customer service with a few questions was answered quickly and I received the information I needed. The customer service was very good.

Still working to get the rug I ordered and now I have to go through the bother of shipping back the other one. Hopefully this will be resolved in a positive way, but don't know yet

The rug arrived folded, along with the padding and the fold marks are still in the rug after a couple weeks on mu lanai.
Within the first week the edging started fraying already not a great quality unfortunately
