Create your account
Your name, business name and EIN. Sign up with email, or continue with Google or Apple.

Trade pricing shows up in your cart as soon as your account is active. Build quotes, save projects, order online or through your rep.

Send your reseller license
A photo or PDF of your reseller license or resale certificate, uploaded from your account page whenever it is handy. It does not hold up your orders.

Questions we get
Who qualifies?
Any business that buys rugs for clients or for resale: interior designers and decorators, home stagers, architects, furniture, flooring and home decor stores, property managers, hospitality and set designers. If you are unsure, reply to any of our emails or call the trade line and we will sort it out.
What do I need to sign up?
Your business name and your Employer Identification Number (EIN). We will also ask for a copy of your reseller license or resale certificate, which you can upload from your account page once your account exists.
Do I have to send the license before I can order?
No. Trade pricing is active as soon as your account is, and the license is a to-do on your account page. We do need it on file eventually, and you will see a reminder until it is.
Does the 15% apply to everything?
It applies to every rug, including sale prices and one-of-a-kinds. It does not stack with a 20% coupon and it replaces the multi-rug discount, because it is already the better deal. Pads and accessories are at their listed price.
How does the store credit work?
When your account is active the credit is added to your balance and you can apply it in the cart on your first order. It never expires and there is no minimum order.
Can I ship an order straight to my client?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout, or mark a quick order or quote as ship-to-client. Free shipping applies either way.
I am outside the United States.
International designers are welcome: contact the trade team with your business documentation and we will set your account up by hand.
Don't have a reseller license yet?
If you are starting a design practice or a store and are not sure what a reseller license (sometimes called a resale certificate or seller's permit) is, your state's department of revenue issues them, usually online and usually free. Our trade team is happy to point you in the right direction for your state.
