Who qualifies?
Any business that buys rugs for clients, for resale, or for its own rooms: interior designers and decorators, home stagers, architects, furniture, flooring and home decor stores, hotels, inns and bed-and-breakfasts, Airbnb and vacation rental hosts, landlords furnishing rental properties, property managers and senior living, production companies and set decorators, offices, and anyone buying in volume or on a recurring basis. If you are unsure, reply to any of our emails or call the trade line and we will sort it out.
What do I need to sign up?
Your business name, your Employer Identification Number (EIN), and whether you buy for clients and resale or for your own business.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One rug or two hundred, the pricing is the same and shipping is free either way. For a large order your rep can build it for you, and the biggest orders can ask for container pricing, with custom labeling available.
Does the 15% apply to everything?
It applies to every rug, including sale prices and one-of-a-kinds. It does not stack with a 20% coupon and it replaces the multi-rug discount, because it is already the better deal. Pads and accessories are at their listed price.
Can I ship an order straight to my client?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout, or mark a quick order or quote as ship-to-client. Free shipping applies either way.
I am outside the United States.
International designers are welcome: contact the trade team with your business documentation and we will set your account up by hand.
Furnishing a property, a set, or a whole season of projects?
Tell the trade team what you are working on: quantities, sizes, dates and where it ships. They price the whole thing, confirm what is in stock, and build the order so you approve it once. Ordering by the container? Ask for container pricing; custom labeling is available for container orders.
