I found out the hard way that when you have a white or cream color rug the place where you put your feet gets worn and dirty over time. So this is the perfect solution. I could make people take off their shoes when visiting but i have a medical condition on my feet and must wear very supportive shoes or sneakers at all times. So that would not work.

Reviewing a different size or color: 6 Ft Runner · Black and WhiteOrdered runners for a client and paid $129 for overnight shipping only to learn that my order was not shipped according to the shipping option that I chose. It was shipped standard to day ground by UPS. The rugs arrived three days late and damaged. I then called the customer service department only to have the representative argue with me about the refund of my shipping option and the fact that I felt that I was entitled to a refund for the shipping amount paid. I had to wait and call back again. You have to re-explain my situation and to request a refund for not only my shipping fee, but for the damaged carpets. This turned into an argument where I had to defend my position only to have my shipping fee refunded. I now have to take the damaged carpets to a UPS store to then have them sent back to only have to wait for the full refund for this horrible experience. I do not recommend these rugs or their shipping options or this company at all. They will get you in trouble with your client.
Reviewing a different size or color: 12 Ft Runner · Black and WhiteThe rug itself is very pretty, but if you have it on top of carpet it is a mess, it does not stay flat, I had to be a rug gripper for carpet and it still will not lay 100% flat, I have to always pull it to straigthen it out. I have to vacuum every two days because of the shedding. I love the sytle but is headache.

I feel as if it has a very subtle sheen to it which adds a touch of glam. It is a very tight weaved quality rug. I have a rug from the same collection in my sunroom as well. The colors are accurate. The white is not stark but it's not yellowish in hue at all. I did not use a rug pad as it is in my dining room. If you're on the fence just do it. You won't be disappointed! Waiting on a large white vase and the artwork to complete the room!
