The rug itself is very pretty, but if you have it on top of carpet it is a mess, it does not stay flat, I had to be a rug gripper for carpet and it still will not lay 100% flat, I have to always pull it to straigthen it out. I have to vacuum every two days because of the shedding. I love the sytle but is headache.

Unfortunately, my experience with this rug and the company has been extremely disappointing. First, the rug was delivered to the wrong house—it was left at my neighbor’s address. When I started to remove the packaging, I noticed the rug arrived stained, so I had to process a return for a refund. The return process was frustrating because the instructions were unclear. The shipping label provided was only a screenshot, with no direct link for tracking, and the tracking number was incorrect. The rug was picked up by the carrier as scheduled, but since then, there has been no communication whatsoever from rugs.com. It has now been 1.5 months, and I still have not received my refund or any confirmation that the returned rug was received. I have also received no update regarding the status of my refund. Overall, the delivery, stained product, confusing return process, incorrect tracking information, and complete lack of communication have made this an extremely frustrating experience. Waiting 1.5 months for a refund after the carrier successfully picked up the return is unacceptable. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.

I bought this size small rug to place in front if couch where your feet go. I found out the hard way that when you have a white or cream color rug the place where you put your feet gets worn and dirty over time. So this is the perfect solution. I could make people take off their shoes when visiting but i have a medical condition on my feet and must wear very supportive shoes or sneakers at all times. So that would not work.

Beautiful Rug and Great Collection!
This rug is simply beautiful. It definitely elevated the space. I feel as if it has a very subtle sheen to it which adds a touch of glam. It is a very tight weaved quality rug. I have a rug from the same collection in my sunroom as well. The colors are accurate. The white is not stark but it's not yellowish in hue at all. I did not use a rug pad as it is in my dining room. If you're on the fence just do it. You won't be disappointed! Waiting on a large white vase and the artwork to complete the room!
