So much richer in color in person. Very good quality and it fits perfectly in my apartment hallway. Had been looking for a runner that fit a more bohemian aesthetic and this was truly perfect. I couldn’t be happier and I’ve already gotten compliments on it!

The photo online showed a bold vibrant design—but what I received was a washed-out pastel pink-heavy monstrosity. It looks completely different from what I thought I was buying. This was my first time ordering from Rugs.com and unfortunately it’ll be my last. Tried to contact customer service but the phone just rings with no answer. Extremely disappointed and will be returning for a full refund.

Reviewing a different size or color: 9x12 · MultiSo unique and looks like how I pictured. Some fraying spots I needed to cut off. And was slightly smaller than the dimensions given. The rug pad I got was too big even though the dimensions matched online… so had to cut it down.

It was represented as a woven rug, so we expected the design in the rug to be woven into it when, in fact, it was just painted on top. Some of the stencil wasn’t quite right, so there is paint in places where it shouldn’t be. I paid $269 and this rug will probably last about a year. Had I known, I may not have bought this rug.
