We offer Free Shipping on all products to the lower-48 United States. Rugs may ship in a combined package or may be shipped separately. We send tracking information once the rug is shipped.

Products may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL Express, and/or GLS.

Larger items may be folded due to carrier requirements.

• Allow the rug to sun-dry completely before placing it back.
• To prevent mildew, ensure the rug dries thoroughly and store it in a dry place during extended wet weather.
