I love this area rug. It is really beautiful. The pictures on the product page don’t capture just how nice it is. This rug is so comfortable to stand and walk on and feels great under foot. It is so soft and cushy. Both my dog and cat love lounging on it as much as I love walking on it. It laid flat immediately after rolling it out. It vacuums beautifully and with little effort. I definitely recommend it if the colors blend with your decor. I love mine.

I went online and got one mailing label, wrapped up the rugs (I bought two) just the way I received them, and taped them together exactly as I received. UPS would not accept them. I then had to separate them and get another mailing label. That seems to require an Act of God. I have had 3 phone calls and promises from 3 different individuals that a second mailing label would be forthcoming...and nothing. I have been trying to return them for the past 5 days, and cannot as I do not have the 2nd mailing label.

I only had to open the top 3” and turn back the edge to find harsh dark snd light contrasting colors in a SHAG texture to know that I would return this rug. Not my style at all and it did not even vaguely resemble the advertised picture. Am very disappointed! Have had good luck with this company in the past!!
