The way it was rolled up and wrapped/packaged seems to have crested the issues with the sides lying flat. If it wasn't such a pain to return, we would have shipped ur back.

Reviewing a different size or color: 10 Ft Runner · IvoryI ordered 4 rugs from Rugs.com (Order GGW8XKCZ69) because they are advertised as washable—two 7'10 x 7'10 and two 4'1 x 6'1. After washing 3 of the 4 rugs were damaged (tears/holes and splitting) with different levels of damage. The design is nice but based on my experience the durability does not match the washable claim.
