I've just had it about a week but love it. It's just as vibrant and colorful in person as it looks online, which is just what I wanted. I have ordered a green couch and the room will look even better then. The colors in the rug are perfect to pull together things I already have with the new stuff. Seems very durable.

What I have a problem with is they expected me , a 73 year old woman, to package and take to shipping facility. I was told I should wrap it in plastic or tarp Which I don’t have. When I asked for pickup from my house I was told that was not an option. They eventually gave me a $20 store credit which I have no intention of using since I won’t shop here again!

These botanical rugs that we purchased are just perfect! We have the round one in a corner and two runners for the traffic areas.

The problem is that I ordered two of them because I have two separate seating areas on my porch. I received two rugs but one is a completely different design from what I ordered. You would think that customer service would be eager to make things right. You would be wrong. First the customer service rep told me that I was confused and the rug that didn’t match was from an earlier order. I explained that the previous order was for different sizes and had already been received. I ask for the issue to be elevated to a manager. I sent photos showing the different designs. I even figured out the problem for them. The wrong rug had been wrapped and labeled incorrectly. Then customer service demanded that I send photos of the rugs with measuring tape laid out to show the size. They also wanted photos of the labels on the back of both rugs. I complied. Have I received a response? No. Just crickets. And then they dared to send an email requesting that I write a review of my purchase. Sheesh. All I needed was two rugs that matched.
