Cons: Because of the handmade braided construction, the edges have some waviness and are not perfectly straight. Also, the color appears warmer and more orange-toned in person than it does in the website photos. Overall, this is a beautiful, well-made rug with only minor imperfections that come with its handcrafted design. I would purchase it again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quality jute runner.

Not only with the product quality, but the service prior to delivery was top notch! Oh! and I love that it has a backing that keeps it from slipping--no pad necessary!
The rug arrived wet and smelling of damp. There is no response to my concerns and it’s terrible.
