Product Description

A classic Persian-style runner with a rich red background, this hand made 100% wool rug presents a dense, allover floral lattice in deep blue, beige, yellow and green. Intricate palmettes, rosettes and vine motifs weave across the field, while a series of narrow beige and red borders frame the composition and add a crisp edge. The pattern reads layered and deliberate, offering visual depth without overwhelming a narrow space.

The wool pile feels naturally resilient and soft underfoot, with the subtle irregularities of hand knotting lending a tactile, lived-in texture and a short to medium pile that lies close to the floor. Use this runner in a hallway or entry to anchor circulation, alongside a bed to add warmth, or layered in a traditional living area to define a walkway. It pairs well with warm wood finishes and leather, vintage or antique furnishings, and neutral upholstery when you want the pattern to be the room’s focal point.
