2' 2 x 4' Soccer Player Whimsy Kids Runner Rug
Bedroom Rugs
There's no better feeling than stepping onto a plush rug after a good night's sleep. Bedroom rugs are a great way to add comfort and style to the beginning and end of every day. Since the bedroom is generally a low-traffic area where comfort is king, feel free to experiment with high-pile and shag bedroom rugs to bring extra texture to your surroundings and give yourself something to sink your toes in.
Bedroom rug size and placement should be planned around your bed. While there is some room for variation, the general rule of thumb for rugs in bedroom areas is to have 12 to 18 inches extending beyond the edge of your bed. That means an 8' x 10' rug is the perfect size to sit under 2/3 of the way under a king- or queen-sized bed, and a 9' x 12' rug will hold all 4 legs. You could also experiment with smaller rugs just at the side of your bed or runners on either end to get a full-size rug look on a budget.
Whether you're looking for rugs for bedrooms, living rooms, or any other space, Rugs.com has thousands of rugs in stock available in every size and style. Browse our collection online and find the perfect rug for your bedroom!
