I love how substantial this rug is and it looks beautiful! Feels soft and cushy under the feet makes a great hallway runner. My robot vacuum had a little trouble getting over it but eventually figured it out. It’s had very minor shedding over the first few days which seems normal. Very pleased with this rug!

It has already clogged my Commercial vacuum. I will deal with it because I like the look but just wanted to warn others. We have had it for a month so hopefully it will stop shedding soon.

I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
