I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!

My only concern is it might not be the best rug for high traffic areas but it is perfect as a foundation for a sophisticated, cozy environment.
