I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.

In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!

I love this rug! color goes with almost any earthy or neutral palette and the rug is surprisingly soft, even for wool. My only concern is it might not be the best rug for high traffic areas but it is perfect as a foundation for a sophisticated, cozy environment.
