Customers love the rich, chunky texture and exceptional softness underfoot, noting that this rug brings a cozy and luxurious feel to any space. The natural wool construction and versatile neutral styling make it an elegant foundation for living rooms and bedrooms alike. Shoppers should keep in mind that natural wool fibers will shed initially and the substantial weave creates a slightly raised profile.
It's thick, comfy, and seems high quality. It adds a cozy texture to our living room. Didn't notice any smell, and the shedding has been minimal. It also laid flat overnight.
Reviewing a different size or color: 5x8 · Space GrayI canceled this order within 5 minutes of ordering. I received an order cancellation email. I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company.
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Space GrayThe look is gorgeous but the pics online don’t capture the bulk of the ropy weave. In bare feet it feels like walking on coiled ropes on the deck of a sailboat. The edges are tall as a result, creating a trip hazard entering the room. Returned the rug, which was much less challenging than I feared!
Reviewing a different size or color: 8x10 · Navy BlueThe shipping service DSL used to deliver this rug is terrible I have not received yet.
Both the product and customer service are superb. I like this rug so much that I have ordered another one in a different size! Great company! Fast shipping too.
