Purchased the 9 x 12. Love the look but boy does it shed. It is just 2 of us, no children, no pets. It has already clogged my Commercial vacuum. I will deal with it because I like the look but just wanted to warn others. We have had it for a month so hopefully it will stop shedding soon.

I even called twice to verify that has been canceled and I was told it was canceled verbally. The order was never canceled; I was never credited back the amount to my credit card.
